Voro Metals – Terms of Use

Welcome to Voro Metals USA, Inc. (“Voro Metals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORO METALS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Voro Metals’ total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Site in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
